Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Seller Solition platform, website, browser extension and desktop agent (the "Service") provided by ACE Limited LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is offered to businesses and professional sellers. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the seller account you connect. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
2. Your Amazon account
You authorize us to access your Amazon seller account data through Amazon's Selling Partner API using the roles you approve. You remain the seller of record and remain solely responsible for complying with Amazon's policies, including the Business Solutions Agreement, program policies and communication guidelines. We may suspend features that we reasonably believe would violate Amazon's policies.
3. Automations and your decisions
The Service can automate tasks such as price updates, listing changes, shipment confirmations and message templates according to the settings you configure. Every automation runs on your instructions and under your control. You are responsible for reviewing settings, thresholds and results. We do not guarantee any commercial outcome, including sales, profit, Buy Box placement or account health.
4. Browser extension and desktop agent
The extension and desktop agent run on your own devices and under your own accounts. They act only on tasks you configure, and they never transmit your passwords, payment card details or session cookies to us. You are responsible for the accounts and devices on which you install them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights or platform policies;
- attempt to access other customers' data or to circumvent security or rate limits;
- reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent;
- upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
7. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information and Amazon data. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the Service.
8. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Support is provided by email at support@sellersolition.com.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design and documentation, is owned by ACE Limited LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Amazon and Seller Central are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. Seller Solition is not affiliated with Amazon.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACE Limited LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or account suspensions, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other customers, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
