Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ACE Limited LLC ("Seller Solition", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the Seller Solition platform, our website at sellersolition.com, our browser extension and our desktop agent (together, the "Service"). If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
ACE Limited LLC is a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business at 6831 Eastview Dr, Lake Worth, FL 33462, United States. For privacy questions contact privacy@sellersolition.com.

3. How we use information
- To provide the Service: display orders, update listings and prices, confirm shipments, track packages and route notifications.
- To fulfil orders: buyer information is used solely to ship the order and communicate about it, as permitted by Amazon.
- To secure the Service: authentication, fraud prevention, audit logging and incident response.
- To support you: answering requests and troubleshooting.
- To bill you: subscription management and invoicing.
- To improve the Service using aggregated, de-identified usage statistics.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Amazon buyer information for marketing, profiling or any purpose other than fulfilling the order it belongs to.
4. Amazon data protection commitments
We access Amazon data only through Amazon's Selling Partner API and only with the roles you authorize. We comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. In particular:
- Buyer Personally Identifiable Information is encrypted at rest and in transit, restricted to fulfilment functions, masked in user interfaces by default and never stored in logs.
- Buyer Personally Identifiable Information is deleted no later than 30 days after order delivery, unless retention is required by law, tax or accounting obligations, in which case it is retained only for that purpose and only as long as required.
- Access to Amazon data is limited to personnel and systems that need it, protected by multi-factor authentication and recorded in an audit log.
- We never share Amazon data with third parties except the subprocessors listed below, acting on our instructions.
- If we become aware of a security incident affecting Amazon data, we will notify Amazon within 24 hours and affected users without undue delay.
- You may revoke our access at any time in Seller Central; we then stop retrieving data and delete stored Amazon data according to Section 7.
5. Subprocessors and international transfers
We use the following service providers to operate the Service:
- Amazon Web Services and our own servers in the European Union: hosting and databases
- Cloudflare: content delivery, DNS, network security
- Sentry: error monitoring (no buyer information is sent)
- SendGrid: inbound and outbound email processing
- Stripe: subscription payments (we never store card numbers)
Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, least-privilege access, tenant isolation enforced at the database level, secret management, dependency monitoring, backups and an incident response process. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account was compromised, contact us immediately.
7. Retention and deletion
- Account information: for the life of your account and up to 90 days after closure.
- Amazon seller data: while your store is connected; deleted within 30 days after disconnection or account closure, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
- Buyer information: as described in Section 4.
- Backups: encrypted, rotated within 35 days.
You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@sellersolition.com.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
9. Cookies
The Service uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security, and a privacy-respecting analytics tool on the public website. We do not use advertising cookies.
10. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
11. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email.
